This family land, secured by a Rural Land Property Certificate (APFR), is leased by the association to serve as a platform for experimentation, learning, and transfer of sustainable technologies.

Objectives
- Serve as a demonstration center for agroforestry, agroecology and CSA.
- Provide practical training to youth, women, and local producers.
- Host students in partnership with academic institutions.
- Promote integrated practices (agriculture, forestry, pastoralism) for a productive and resilient ecosystem.
- Develop sustainable rural entrepreneurship and strengthen resilience to climate change.
